I’ve spent hundreds of dollars buying and replacing non-stick pans. I’ve followed cleaning and usage instructions to the letter. Within year the pans were sticking, peeling and hard to clean. I purchased three Cuisinart steel pans and. I’m thrilled with them. They cook evenly, clean up with little or no scrubbing inside and out. No staining or scratching. Wash by hand or in a dishwasher and the appearance is like new when dry. I loved Revere Copper bottom cookware but they aren’t made the way they use to be. These Cuisinart pans are amazing and easier to clean then the Revere ware. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a long lasting pan for a very reasonable price.

I don’t need a name like Rachael Ray or Bobby Flay attached to my pan. This one is light enough, great size, great shape of the sides, great heat distribution & retention. For those of you downvoting this, saying your food sticks: I think with the introduction of frozen convenience foods, microwave ovens and non-stick pans, the art of cooking was lost. With proper heat management and proper timing of heat, fat and food, my stainless pan works perfectly as a non-stick pan. Period. Just because a celebrity chef has his name on a cookware line doesn’t mean he has his chefs using those nonstick pans in his restaurants! Duh.

Es buen sartén, lo malo es la calidad, se siente muy delgado la sartén y se siente un poco flexible (poco porque si está regular como las sartenes de teflón que venden en los súper), como si fuera lámina, pero lo que más me gustó fue que si es completamente útil para estufas de inducción

If your looking for a 12 inch Stainless Steel pan that also comes with a lid, it’s very hard to go past Cuisinart’s offering. Looks fantastic, cooks great and is easy to clean with minimal sticking. I have several pans similar to this but of different brands and this one wins hands down. Heats quickly and evenly for excellent even cooking.
Doesn’t help with cooking i know but also looks beautiful.
If your in the market for a pan of similar specifications look no further then this pan.
